FairStars MP3 Recorder can be used to grab any sound, including music, dialogs from movies, game sounds, streaming audio, or anything else. Additional features include real-time sound monitor before recording, silent detector, file limitation, tag editor, recording wizard, hotkey, and skin support.
Version 2.08 adds ID3 tag unicode mode option for MP3 encoder, and corrects some errors for OGG encoder, and also corrects some skin errors.
